Knowing how most of you are more inclined to use newspaper for your dog's litter box than for reading and to save myself some unnecessary whining, I thought I ought to inform you that the money the gah-men promised us.....must sign up one. They ain't gonna send you a cheque in the mail.
What they are going to send you in the mail is a username and password and then go to http://www.progress.gov.sg/ to get it done. Must go hor. 400 bucks le!!!!! Well ok $100 now and $300 after 7 years. For me at least :P
