anyone free on 11 sept night for zouk?

BACK TO THE PHUTURE WITH ANDREW CHOW & TONY TAY:
A night of nostalgia, taking you back to the early years of Phuture's big beat era and the massive AT@Z parties in the zouk main room, where the tag team of Phuture's residents Andrew Chow and Tony Tay were ripping up the dancefloor. On this special occasion, Andrew and Tony will once again pair up to take you on a journey through a myriad of beats - from hip-hop to R&B, down tempo to mid tempo, funky breaks to big beats, drum n bass and everything else. Diving back to the Zouk vinyl vault, the boys will be resurrecting gems from the likes of Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, The Freestylers, Fatboy Slim and Groove Armada. So, let's take a trip back to the Phuture!
sounds interesting eh? when was the last time we heard prodigy and the likes in the club, boys? reminiscence of our early beginnings, the days before R&B. haha. 'early beginnings'. like right.
anyway, last night was great for me, although we didn't stay till the end. it started out bad, coz, as bashes always go, they promise R&B but gave us tony tay and dj aldrin. but they were ok, really. been doing R&B so long, the 2 djs actually gave me a 'refresh'ing experience. zouk being zouk, is good.
after a healthy dose of friends, dj aldrin, tony tay and free drinks(thanks to eugene, haha), we boys headed down behind shell for some good ol' "ah hua bak kut teh". we, the people who live in the east and blogging our lives out on this page would like to shout out to uncle ah hua and tell him he has the best bak kut teh and 'giam cai' in the whole of singapore after 12mn! woooo! mmmmm yum. and so, 3 tens and 3 twos and 1 fifty cents later, the dudes were satisfied and raring to go. to go home. as i hail the cab, i'd like to thank you for reading and i'll seeya next time. till your voyeuristic tendencies return then.
(ian might be spotted in the mids of town doing some impulsive shopping today. if you wanna avoid him, pls steer clear of the likes of, wisma, taka, paragon and ck tang. you've been warned.)
